Strategy Development and Implementation

We work closely with our clients on developing an overall strategy to best support their business objectives. We moreover offer support in creating a material plan for implementation of the strategy and assistance during the implementation process.

Portfolio Management

We offer our clients comprehensive advice on the management of their IP portfolios and assist them to ensure that they are aligned with and support their overall business goals and strategies.

Due Diligence

We offer tailored IP due diligence specifically designed to meet the requirements of every individual client. An IP due diligence typically entails an audit of IP assets that are either owned or licensed by the client in question. It can include a review of the actual ownership of the assets, their protection, the term of their validity and the cost of maintenance, whether they are in fact in force and, if requested, their strength.

Coaching

We provide our clients with coaching in all fields of IP Law. Such sessions are tailored to meet the client’s needs and can range from coaching on how to choose a trade mark to successfully managing an IP portfolio. Our attorneys are lecturers in field of IP Law at the University of Iceland and accordingly have extensive teaching experience.
