Hulda Árnadóttir LL.M, Supreme Court Attorney, Managing Director hulda@ghip.is

Hulda Árnadóttir is a qualified Supreme Court Attorney and the Managing Director of GH Sigurgeirsson Intellectual Property as well as partner at LEX Law Offices. She has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property – particularly in all aspects of trademarks and related law. She provides legal and strategic consultation and manages client trademark portfolios in Iceland and abroad. Hulda has extensive experience and expertise in negotiations and dispute resolution with respect to all areas of IP law and unfair competition. She is also an experienced litigator and has tried several trademark and unfair competition cases, both at the administrative level and before the courts.
